Position Info

This position gathers information, collects data, reviews current customers, analyzes market trends, and creates detailed reports to inform various work teams, making it easier to serve customers. The main objectives include assisting in developing strategies that improve sales productivity and visibility, identifying where the organization is achieving its targets, as well as where to allocate resources to areas that are underperforming. Facilitating the Order Intake Forecasts, analyzing Sales Team Performance on existing territories, product lines, and new customer growth. Developing and implementing pricing strategies for A, B, C customers. Becoming an expert within CRM and other business reporting developments. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking the end-to-end process for sales funnels and operational metrics for Sales Process Optimization.
• Manage projects according to deadlines and stakeholder inputs.
• Report performance metrics analysis to refine customer segmentation.
• Assess and inform on the lead qualification process, analyze, and report on campaign performance using reporting and dashboards, including go-to-market strategies and methodologies.
• Assist in the implementation and enablement of CRM and other Technology Tools.
• Maintain and support communication and monthly content for executive and board reporting.
• Develop and maintain market share methods and calculations.
• Assist in contract lifecycle maintenance reporting.
• Prepare order intake and growth forecasting.
• Develop and implement new projects to ensure optimal operational performance and output.

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge and experience in the maritime and/or energy industry are preferred.
• Must have strong research and data analysis skills.
• Ability to influence and provide leadership to direct and indirect team members.
• Must have solid communication skills and experience in sales analysis.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize based on business need; and demonstrate flexible and efficient time management.
• Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in CRM and other sales tools, preferably certified in administering top CRM tools in sales and service environments. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of related work experience in sales or sales operations.
