And we have fun doing it. A DAY IN THE LIFEAs the Assistant Grower, you’ll report to the Head Grower. You’ll play a critical role in managing production plans, driving processes to maintain plant quality, and leading the production processes in trees, shrubs, perennials, native plants, wintergreens, and mums – all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.
