We’re opening a brand-new Sapp Bros. location in beautiful St. George, Utah, and we’re looking for a motivated Restaurant Shift Lead to help launch and support our team from day one. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead shifts, inspire team members, and ensure smooth, guest-focused operations while reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example during your shift to deliver exceptional guest service
• Supervise, coach, and support team members, including Cashiers and Cooks
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and compliance
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues efficiently
• Assist with cash handling, transactions, and shift reporting
• Support the Restaurant Manager in executing daily operations and achieving goals

Ensure a safe environment for guests and employees in line with company policies

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Age: 18 years or older
• 2+ years of restaurant or food service experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
