We are looking for a talented Technical Trainer Instructor – Senior to join our team specializing in Service for our location in Fridley, MN.

To be successful in this role you will need the following: 

  • Deep Technical Expertise: Hold relevant trade qualifications and strong Cummins product knowledge to confidently train technicians, support field issues, and customize training content to meet evolving business needs.
  • Training & Facilitation Capability: Effectively deliver engaging training sessions, forecast training demand, adapt materials for different audiences, and evaluate effectiveness through participant feedback and field performance.
  • Operational Discipline & Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate training records, report service capability, update materials regularly, and actively contribute to process improvements that strengthen training quality and consistency.
  • Strong Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide responsive technical support, collaborate with technicians and service teams, work directly with end user customers, and communicate clearly across diverse groups to ensure uptime and successful installations/decommissions.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university or equivalent technical experience required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required, including experience in service.

  • Must hold trade qualifications and significant Cummins product knowledge,
  • Previous training experience preferred but not required.
  • 100% Onsite position.
