Accountant Assistant - Part Time

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Assistant - Part Time to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will assist with various accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

As part of the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service and solutions to our clients while supporting the financial operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Assist in payroll processing and related tasks
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Hours: Minimum 30 hours a week can be (9 am- 3 pm), (10 am - 4 pm) etc. Lunch: 30 minutes or 1 hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Previous experience in accounting or finance is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
