Senior Fraud Analyst

What You Will Do:

• Serve as an escalation point for reviewing high stakes or complicated cases involving customers
• Deliver a best-in-class, truly delightful experience to Toast restaurants and prospects through successful communication (both written and verbal)
• Serve as first point of escalation for other Fraud Analysts
• Monitor chargeback data
• Be an expert when it comes to Toast’s fraud and compliance programs
• Suggest and implement improvements to existing procedures and methodology
• Assist in monthly metric reporting
• Liaise with Engineering to refine rulesets and drive automation
• Provide feedback to Data Analyst on data sets and rules

 

Do you have the right ingredients?

• 2+ years in fraud or payments related fields
• Customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly motivated and able to work within tight deadlines
• An inquisitive nature, someone who wants to explore variances, and understand root causes
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment, and to adapt while focusing on key goals and objectives with minimal oversight

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$73,000—$117,000 USD
