Reporting to the DACH General Manager with a dotted-line relationship to the Senior Director, Medical Affairs Europe, role will serve as the DACH senior medical authority for the affiliate, driving medical strategy, providing leadership to cross-functional partners, and ensuring alignment between European priorities and local execution while bringing DACH-specific insights to inform regional decision-making.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the DACH Medical strategy and execution plan, ensuring alignment with European medical strategy, priorities, and affiliate objectives</li> <li>Serve as the senior medical leader for the DACH affiliate and represent Medical on leadership discussions and business planning activities</li> <li>Provide medical leadership for launch readiness, lifecycle management, and cross-functional decision-making across Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Compliance and Clinical functions</li> <li>Partner closely with Market Access and HEOR to provide medical and scientific expertise for AMNOG/HTA activities, value communication, and payer-related scientific engagement within DACH</li> <li>Engage with selected DACH Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), investigators, and scientific experts to support strategic scientific exchange, gather insights, and advance affiliate and regional medical priorities</li> <li>Build and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs, investigators, scie
