We're not just looking for someone to wash dishes, we need an indispensable team member to manage the flow and sanitation that keeps our entire community moving! The Mission (What You'll Do):

Own the Pit: Efficiently clean, sanitize, and organize all plate ware, silverware, pots, and cooking utensils. You are the master of clean!

Support the Team: Ensure cooks always have clean equipment and that front-of-house has sparkling dishes for our staff & residents.

Keep It Clean: Maintain cleanliness in the dish area, kitchen floors, and storage areas. This role is about sanitation and organization first.

Be the Backup: Assist with trash removal, recycling, and light stocking/prep when the dishes are caught up.

We need someone who is reliable, has a strong work ethic, and can handle the physical demands of standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks in a warm environment. Experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to hustle is mandatory!
