Senior Product Manager I, Reporting (Report Viewer & Dashboards)
Role Summary
Our mission at HubSpot is to help millions of organizations grow better. The Reporting Product Group turns customer data into actionable insights that help businesses attract, engage, and delight their customers. In this role, you’ll help reimagine how users view, share, and act on data—making reporting easier, faster, and more unified across HubSpot. You’ll be part of a high-impact team focused on building intuitive, trustworthy, AI-first product experiences. Working closely with UX and Engineering partners, you’ll shape strategy, ship improvements, and learn quickly through experimentation.
What You’ll Do
- Support the vision and roadmap for Report Viewer and Dashboards as part of HubSpot’s product-led culture.
- Guide new product ideas from initial concept through launch, turning insights into meaningful customer impact.
- Collaborate with UX and Engineering to deliver intuitive, performant reporting experiences.
- Use customer insights, data, and experimentation to identify pain points and discover opportunities.
- Simplify complex workflows and advocate for clear, trustworthy reporting that helps users make confident decisions.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure reporting feels consistent and unified across HubSpot.
- Participate in prioritization discussions that balance technical trade-offs with user value.
- Contribute to analyses and experiments that increase adoption, satisfaction, and long-term reporting quality.
- Communicate progress and impact to partners and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate decision-making, discovery, iteration, and product excellence.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with dashboards, analytics, or data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments or CRM platforms.
- Comfort with design tools, discovery artifacts, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of data concepts such as metrics, filtering, or aggregation.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
