As a <strong>Logistics specialist - Maintenance </strong>at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What awaits you?<br/><br/></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Work environment - </strong>you will be working in a modern, digitalized, open office-style environment, together with other office employees and your direct teammates which is equipped with kitchenettes, coffee stations, and ergonomic workstations, and also includes a company cafeteria.<br/><br/></li> <li><strong>Team </strong>– as a member of our Logistics team you’ll be working in a multicultural environtment together with ~15 people. In the team there are junior, medior and senior colleagues, as well, and they are splitted into smaller groups based on the focus points.<br/><br/></li> <li><strong>Process management</strong> –  overseeing daily logistic processes, coordinating maintenance and industrial cleaning service provider, measuring their performance, acting as direct contact in troubleshooting (including machinery issues, warehouse incidents). Continuous communications with logistic, maintenance and industrial cleaning service providers, measuring and reporting KPI.<br/><br/></li> <li><strong>Liaison</strong> – maintaining continuous communication with production in case of physical logistics escalations.<br/><br/></li> <li><strong>Procurement</strong> – planning, analyzing, and executing the procurement of equipment and tools.<br/><br/></li> <li><strong>Service Provider Management</strong> – continuous communications with logistic, maintenance and industrial cleaning service providers, measuring and reporting KPI.<br/><br/></li> <li><strong>Quality and Improvement</strong> – conducting Gemba activities to ensure work quality and safety compliance, generating baseline data to support continuous improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What should you bring along?<br/></strong><br/><br/></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Educational background</strong> – bachelor degree in business administration or in other related field OR equivalent professional experience.<br/><br/></li> <li><strong>Work experience</strong> - minimum 2 years of working experience within logistics in a similar position.</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Language skills </strong>- English and Hungarian language knowledge both written and spoken.<br/><br/></li> <li><strong>Software knowledge</strong> - Microsoft Office Software skills.<br/><br/></li> <li><strong>Precision &amp; Teamwork</strong> - ability to work in a team, assertiveness, and strong communication skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <strong>What do we offer?<br/><br/></strong></p> <p>Our goal is to motivate our employees and recognize their performance, which is why our benefits package includes the following elements in addition to the base salary:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Bonus </strong>-<strong> </strong>performance-based bonus calculated based on corporate and personal results.</li> <li><strong>Cafeteria </strong>- annual cafeteria allowance paid out monthly.</li> <li><strong>Commuting Support </strong>- free, direct bus and train services from major cities in the region, aligned with shift schedules.
