Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

The sales specialist is responsible for executing product set up and price changes within Walmart and

Sam’s Club systems and assisting Account Managers with the day-to-day operations to manage

Kontoor Brands business at Walmart and Sam’s Club. The sales specialist needs to be detailed-oriented

and have strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Walmart Item Setup/Maintenance and consulting with retail buying team as needed.
• Works with the Walmart.com team to assist with item set up and imagery uploads.
• Responsible for Sam’s item set up, enhanced content and case-pack set up. Coordinates with customer service and Tech Services.
• Participates in weekly internal and retail buying team meetings.
• Responsible for entering and maintaining KTB seasonal contracts.
• Assists with preparation for account meetings and seasonal sales presentations by coordinating with merchandising and marketing teams.
• Completes special price forms and executes price changes within Walmart’s system.

Experience

• 1-3 years of related work experience which may include marketing, merchandising, sales planning, customer service and operations.
• Preferred knowledge and experience with Walmart Retail Link and Item 360.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
