Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor is NOW HIRING a talented, hands-on Body Shop Manager who can lead our team of professionals!

If you are a high-performing dealership Body Shop Manager with a proven track record of success in training and motivating a body shop team to perform at the highest level, as well as grow the business by establishing and fostering excellent relationships with insurance companies - we want to hear from you!

Who are we looking for?

• Current Body Shop / Collision Repair Manager Experience, REQUIRED
• Organization and Structure of a Parts Manager
• Drive and Determination of a Service Manager
• Maintain a properly trained technical staff and ensure they have the breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs
• Excellent communication skills, and computer proficiency
• Solid understanding of estimating process and system
• Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations
• Ability to recruit, hire, and train technicians, estimators, and office staff
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
