JOB TITLE:
Student Technical Services Student Technician
JOB PURPOSE:
Work under general supervision and independently to set up event technology included but not limited to: audio, video, and lighting equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the entire crew and also be able to work under limited supervision
- Set up, operate, and strike audio, video, lighting, and other event technologies
- Quickly troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide excellent and timely customer service

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current University of Wyoming full-time student
- Be able to quickly make adjustments when changes occur
- Ability to focus under pressure and follow instructions
- Be able to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to collaborate with others
