We don't want a few lines in a job description to get between us and the opportunity to meet you.<br/>About the Team<br/>The mission of the Email Services team is to deliver the microservice constellation to support Outreach's email experience all the way through. From the compose to smart scheduling, send, telemetry and sync back to platform. Our team is processing literally millions of emails every day. The ES team focuses on building reliable and performant services that connect Outreach to Customers’ email providers to send, sync and analyze email communication. This enables our customers to efficiently and effectively communicate and turns the millions of emails sent into valuable insights to help progress deals forward. <br/>The team also supports the Email Experiences (EE) team to provide ways to create, manage and organize content used in communications.<br/>The Role<br/>We are expanding an existing team and we are looking for additional experienced backend software engineers to join us, who can deep-dive on challenging technical problems, build scalable solutions and identify performance bottlenecks, iterate quickly and deliver incremental value and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Location While we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. <h3>Your Daily Adventures Will Include</h3> <ul> <li>Work in environment that requires highly scalable components</li><li>Building backend applications in a modern web stack. We primarily use Golang on the back-end. However we have as well Ruby on Rails apps.
