Reporting to the Supervisor, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineer II is responsible for delivering high-quality technology products and services. They will ensure that products not only meet regulatory requirements but also fulfill the high standards necessary for customer satisfaction and market competitiveness. By proactively identifying and mitigating risks, implementing robust quality systems, and fostering continuous improvement, Quality Engineer II will contribute significantly to the advancement of technology and the delivery of superior products.

To be qualified for this position you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 plus years in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing.
- Programming skills in Java/JavaScript.
- Must have 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a primary focus on manual testing methodologies and practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must have working knowledge of test management and manual/automated testing tools for regression, cross browser and functional testing.
- Must have 2+ years of experience working with Playwright or similar software.
- Must have working knowledge/experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or something similar.
- Ability to showcase an understanding of general testing techniques such as functional, integration performance and regression testing
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
You will set yourself apart with:
- Healthcare Technology Experience
- Strong Java and/or Java Script Experience
- Knowledge of API testing
You will be:
- Creating scalable and maintainable test frameworks that support various testing needs, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyzing test results, identifying issues, and providing detailed reports to inform development and quality assurance strategies.
- Maintaining records of tests, inspections, and other QA activities for compliance and continuous improvement purposes.
- Developing test plans, test scenarios and test cases based on the business, user, and functional/nonfunctional requirements.
- Participating in weekly planning and refinement meetings.
- Contributing to retrospectives.
- Utilizing Azure DevOps for project planning and tracking.
- Validating and documenting the completion of testing and development processes to ensure compliance standards are met.
