Company Overview: As the Retail Growth Marketing team at PNC, we are on a journey to build a best-in-class growth marketing function. Our vision is to operate a personalized, omni-channel, and real-time marketing engine across the customer lifecycle, enabling acquisition at low cost, and driving growth in customer lifetime value.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced associate marketing lead to join the Customer Relationship Marketing team supporting delivery of high-impact marketing strategies.

· Managing end-to-end development and execution of integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns with a goal of deepening relationships and driving primacy
· Optimizing existing projects with innovative enhancements to audience, channels and messaging across the PNC digital space for payment products such as the PNC mobile app, Zelle, international money transfers, debit card, and more
· Creating business cases that define clear objectives achievable with actionable tactics that are innovative and have measurable KPIs
· Leading cross functional teams internally and externally to simultaneously build test and learn strategies, manage campaign deliverables, and plan future projects

This position is based in one of the following PNC office locations with occasional remote opportunities: Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Tyson’s Corner VA, Chicago and Houston.
Specific Job Requirements Include:
· Supporting the Customer Relationship Marketing team with development and prioritization of omni-channel campaigns designed to deepen relationships with new and existing customers
· Establishing rapport with multiple line of business partners to define product goals as well as design innovative and effective execution tactics
· Proactively collecting and synthesizing data, assembling trends and helping identify strategic and tactical implications.
· Leading cross functional teams to align with our proposed growth strategies, economic optimization, and levers to manage complex programs with precision.
· Implementing and overseeing activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners within internal PNC systems.
· Working within designated budgets ensuring all operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established framework.

· Is an innovative thinker comfortable implementing new ways of working while possessing a genuine passion for marketing and curiosity for industry trends.
· Leverages a strong comprehension of marketing strategies across inbound, outbound, owned, paid channels to execute programs/projects.
· Owns a track record of building pathways towards solutions in new and emerging environments, displaying a desire to cut through clutter and deliver results
· Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to influence partners within cross-functional alignment.
· Has experience presenting high impact strategic analysis and recommendations to senior leadership to activate around a common vision and drive business decisions.
· Maintains a proactive, creative, and innovative mindset to continually improve and optimize our marketing efforts.

Job Description
- Independently implements and manages a broader set of defined market programs/initiatives.
- Leverages a strong comprehension of marketing strategies. Contributes to thought leadership and builds consensus across the partnership resulting in increased rigor around program/initiative execution.
