At Gympass, you not only have the opportunity to build a career in a fast-paced global environment - but you'll make wellbeing universal, so everyone can be happy and healthy. </p> <h1>THE OPPORTUNITY</h1> <p>We are hiring a <strong>Wellbeing Engagement Senior Manager</strong> for our Wellbeing Engagement team in Munich! </p> <p>Reporting directly to the Senior Wellbeing Engagement Manager, you will be a culture transformation agent, bringing our clients closer to the Gympass mission, acting also as a wellbeing culture transformational agent, advocating on behalf of Gympass to clients, users, providers, and third parties. </p> <p>Gympass is one of the fastest-growing companies in the world, and you’ll be joining one of its best-performing teams globally. You’ll manage a set of high-profile corporate accounts, ensuring that our clients remain focused on our mission of making wellbeing universal. You’ll also drive the commercial agenda within your portfolio of clients<em>, </em>and collaborate with other teams to ensure that take-up of Gympass is high within all of the accounts that you manage.</p> <h1>YOUR IMPACT</h1> <p><strong>Team Management &amp; Leadership:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing a team across 4 geographies (UK/IE, DE, IT &amp; ES)</li> <li>Managing key stakeholder relationships with Revenue Leaders in Europe, Global Wellbeing Engagement leaders </li> <li>Leading online forums, workshops and team sessions</li> <li>Representing the German Wellbeing Engagement team in key country forums </li> <li>Working closely with the WE Europe Leaders </li> </ul> <p><strong>Supporting Europe Strategy &amp; Planning: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Supporting the team in each area of Wellbeing Engagement (Enterprise, Midmarket and Implementation)</li> <li>Ensuring operational excellency in the team by coordinating timelines, processes, tools and resources for the team </li> <li>Aligning key dates and delivery timelines for projects across each market</li> <li><strong> </strong>Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your team’s. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance. </li> </ul> <h1><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years experience managing a team (ideally multiple geographies)</li> <li>Proven organisational skills and ability to work on simultaneous tasks and projects</li> <li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment</li> <li>Strong teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles</li> <li><strong>German as native language</strong></li> <li>English as native or fluent language</li> <li>Additional languages as a bonus (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) </li> <li>Preferably located in Munich or ability to travel to Munich regularly (Hybrid)</li> </ul> <h2><strong>WHAT WE OFFER YOU</strong></h2> <p>We're a wellness company that is committed to the health and well-being of our employees.
