Job Description

Contacts and schedules patient/client’s appointments for consultations, meetings with community agencies and/or diagnostic tests. Sets-up and maintains files and records. Collects and organizes statistical reports.

Job Responsibility

 

  • Contacts patients; schedules appointments for consultations, agency meetings and/or diagnostic tests.
  • Collects and organizes data required for statistical reports and completes reports, as required.
  • Attends and participates in meetings as appropriate.
  • Sets-up files and maintains records.
  • Provides incoming and in-process orientation.
  • Based on position, may be required to provide bi-lingual translation and/or guidance.
  • Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.

Job Qualification

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.
