• Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets

• Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients

• Identify opportunities for account growth and client success

• Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in client service, account management, or related role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
