Key priorities

1. Product Roadmap with features outcomes explained
2. Competitive research, by product analysis and market research, including Gartner/IDC/Forrester
3. Product Managers' leadership, coaching, and leading the team through their responsibilities (the team of 3 as it for now)

Responsibilities

1. Cust.dev. and product requirements analysis
2. Product offering packaging, including tiers/pricing, feature set
3. Drive product usage and sustainably growing commercial revenue for both customer-managed and software-as-a-service delivery models
4. Product sales and marketing enablement - ready features descriptions and user stories
5. Presenting product roadmap and upcoming feature set for partners and customers
6. Engage with key customers and community members to drive the roadmap
7. Lead market analysis, research, and decision-making on new markets and products in the infrastructure portfolio
8. Orchestrate technical sales (SE) and sales (AE) training
9. Review and help with editing product marketing materials and collaterals
10. Launch release post announcements to ensure they focus on user problems and jobs-to-be-done

You are not (solely) responsible for

• A team of engineers: you will take the lead in decisions about the product, but not manage the people implementing it
• Capacity planning: you will define priorities, but the Engineering Manager evaluates the amount of work possible
• Shipping in time: you will work in a group, but the group is responsible for shipping in time, not you

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with infrastructure/cybersecurity/DevOps products

• 2+ years leading teams of product managers

• Strong user and market research skills

• Ability to organize multiple stakeholders towards a common goal

• Strong technical acumen, with a solid understanding of the cloud market
