Ensure seamless integration, reduce manual effort via SAP tools, and support data-driven decisions in collaboration with business and digital teams—aligned with trends like AI in financial reporting.</p></li><li><p><b>Business Architecture Development: </b>Design scalable, business-aligned architectures in collaboration with business teams. Document processes, data flows, and system interactions to ensure alignment with digital strategies and seamless translation into technical solutions.</p></li><li><p><b>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Engagement: </b>Work closely with business units, Digital, governance, and analytics teams to understand data needs and deliver aligned, integrated solutions.</p></li><li><p><b>Continuous Improvement &amp; Innovation: </b>Drive innovation by staying current with trends and AI use cases, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing forward-thinking solutions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>YOUR PROFILE</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Background:</b> Bachelor’s / master’s degree in finance, IT, or related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, preferably in the manufacturing sector; good understanding of basic financial and accounting principles.</p></li><li><p><b>Functional Expertise:</b> Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, integration, and reporting; <span>The ideal candidate brings in-depth expertise in SAP FICO, with strong capabilities in configuration, integration, and reporting. A broad understanding of various FICO <span>sub-modules—particularly</span> Controlling (CO)—is essential, along with a solid grasp of how FICO interacts with other SAP modules such as SD and MM. Familiarity with key master data elements and their cross-module integration is expected. Experience in leveraging FICO data for Group reporting use cases and applications is highly valued.
