The Job at a Glance
We are looking for a top-tier Regional Provider Liaison to become an integral part of our expanding team in Hampton Roads VA, Southeastern VA and Northeastern North Carolina. This role is vital in developing new business opportunities, managing key partnerships, and driving sales growth in the region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary account management skills, excellent communication abilities, and outstanding strategic thinking. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Hampton Roads, Southeastern Virginia, and Northeastern NC regions.
Identify, prioritize, and pursue target healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics.
Meet or exceed assigned growth targets for AnsibleHealth's.
Demonstrate ownership of the relationship of AnsibleHealth with a major hospital system, its physician groups and post-acute care network
Generate and nurture leads to expand our client base in the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers including physicians, case management, quality personnel and key decision-makers.
Provide ongoing support and education on AnsibleHealth's platform to ICM, hospitalists, care managers, transition of care programs, outpatient offices and SNFs..
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions for healthcare providers on AnsibleHealth's platform.
Assist in the onboarding process for new facilities and outpatient clinics.
Provide regular performance reports on sales activities and progress.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of AnsibleHealth's solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes in healthcare technology.
Identify opportunities for product enhancement based on client feedback and market trends.
The ideal candidate for this role at AnsibleHealth is a dynamic communicator, physician liaison, or partnership professional. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment. They should possess exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare technology. They could be a sales ace, a nurse, a case manager or any number of other relationship-focused healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Comfortable presenting clinical aspects of care management or post-acute programs.
3-5 years of B2B sales and/or client relationship experience, preferably in healthcare technology or medical devices.
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in the Hampton Roads region.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on key goals.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and ability to quickly create dynamic content in Google Slides.
Nice to have
Experience with AI-powered healthcare solutions.
Knowledge of value-based care models and population health management.
Familiarity with remote patient monitoring systems.
Job Details
Full-time: 40 hours a week.
