Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating across multiple business units, technology teams, and third-party SaaS providers to develop and define requirements for airline crew management and payroll processing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or business administration, combined with proficiency in requirements facilitation and testing best practices.

Requirements

• Collaborate with multiple business units and technology teams to understand, develop, and define requirements, including coordinating acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and document requirements from multiple sources, creating detailed test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and coordinate process flows, traceability matrices, work estimates, test plans, and test results with the project test lead.
• Conduct test case and test plan reviews to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
• Identify, track, report on, and resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Apply company project methodology and enforce project standards.
• Manage stakeholder communication and solution implementation and testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent training/experience.
• At least 3 years of work experience in requirements facilitation, gathering, and testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with airline crew management and/or payroll products.
