Securitas Europe has launched its transformation program which includes the implementation of new platforms and new services delivered from a European or global centralized team.</p><p>The 24 European countries are managed on IT/IS through 3 Clusters. To ensure the implementation of the Securitas Europe strategy in the alignment of working methods, processes and systems, in each Cluster we have domain delivery owner responsible of alignment, rationalization. The proximity of our IT services to the business in the countries is a key factor of success for Securitas.</p><p>In this context we are recruiting a <strong>Securitas Operation Centre (SOC) IT Country Lead</strong> for <strong>Germany</strong>.</p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>The <strong>SOC IT Country Lead</strong> serves as a strategic interface between the IT department and the SOC Business to identify, surface, and shape demand. This role involves advising business partners on technology strategies, educating stakeholders about IT processes, roles, products, and capabilities, and resolving business issues. Additionally, the manager will oversee and coordinate cross-domain teams to ensure cohesive and effective operations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul>
<li><strong>Strategic Partnership</strong>: Act as a strategic interface between IT and SOC Business to stimulate, surface, and shape demand.</li>
<li><strong>Advisory Role</strong>: Serve as an advisor to business to shape their technology strategies and educate partners about IT processes, roles, products, and capabilities.</li>
<li><strong>Issue Resolution</strong>: Identify, evaluate, and resolve business issues across all functional areas within IT.</li>
<li><strong>Budget Management</strong>: Manage budgets effectively to support IT and SOC initiatives. </li>
<li><strong>Problem Solving</strong>: Work on abstract and complex problems, providing solutions across all IT functional areas.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Expertise</strong>: Possess extensive technical (SOC) knowledge, act as a point of contact to share the information about business area.</li>
<li><strong>Leadership</strong>: Exhibit leadership qualities to assigned group(s) within IT according to the Securitas Leadership Framework.</li>
<li><strong>Strategy Implementation</strong>: Implement the Global SOC Digital IT strategy to improve the performance of all SOCs through the adoption of best practice business processes and technology standardization.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-Domain Team Management</strong>: Oversee and coordinate cross-domain teams to ensure cohesive and effective operations, fostering collaboration and alignment across various functions.</li>
<li><strong>Business alignment</strong>: Champion to the Business for identifying and driving innovative IT solutions while being a strong interface to the European SOC Digital IT Organization.</li>
</ul><p><strong>Job specific tasks</strong></p><ul>
<li>Define and communicate project milestones, service level agreements, and resource allocation to executive team, department leads, support staff, and end users.</li>
<li>Communicate business needs with technology solutions team to gain alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.</li>
<li>Communicate with other executives regarding costs, value and risk-potential of IT projects. </li>
<li>Lead the local SOC Digital IT team, responsible for the day-to-day support and new project/product development for the SOC operations teams.</li>
<li> Deep understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy and roadmap, and business priorities. </li>
<li>Drive and own the Cyber Security Program (SRP) for the SOC.</li>
<li>Understand industry including financials, market trends, opportunities, and threats.</li>
<li>Work together with the SOC Digital IT SDO on business case development including identifying metrics that drive value.</li>
