Summary/Objective

Perform all tasks involved with the production in the Weaver Industries; follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Major Work Duties

Essential Job Functions

1. Follow all OSHA and safety standards
2. Follow trained techniques and methods while completing products
3. Transport persons served to and from work facilities.
4. Drive responsibly and safely
5. Maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous customer service to internal and external customers and other contacts Assembly of product from customers
6. Bag, kit and heat-seal various products
7. Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages
8. Pack finished goods into correct containers and boxes
9. Notify Supervisor of any non-conforming materials
10. Notify Supervisor of any safety issues
11. Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Arrive at work/work area on time, dressed appropriately, per the employee handbook

1. Ability to follow verbal instructions.
2. Ability to work the tipper and conveyor controls
3. Ability to learn to grade and separate paper.
4. Ability to work independently with little supervision
5. Valid Driver License
6. The acceptable Driving record for insurance purposes
7. Must be eligible, capable and willing to drive a 12 passenger van

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Monday through Friday, Split Shift Available – 8:00 am – 2:00 pm and 9:30 am – 3:30 pm

Required Education and Experience

• Customer service experience.
• Computer experience.
• Highschool Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
