The Program Coordinator for Phlebotomy and Patient Care Technician (PCT) Training is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the Phlebotomy and PCT Training Programs. The position supports accreditation compliance, student success initiatives, and clinical partnerships to ensure graduates are prepared for workforce entry. This position is classified as an Associate Faculty position and reports to the Director of the Franciscan Center for Professional Development (FCPD). #CB

Coordinate daily operations of the Phlebotomy and PCT Programs
Manager schedules, classroom/lab logistics, and resources Ensure alignment with institutional policies

Ensure policies and procedures are current

Curriculum Support and Evaluation
Support curriculum delivery and course coordination

Student Recruitment, Advising, and Retention
Assist with recruitment and outreach efforts
Advise students on Program progression
Monitor student performance and coordinate interventions

Clinical Coordination
Coordinate clinical placements and site relationships
Ensure student compliance with clinical requirements
Monitor clinical performance and issue resolution

Data Management and Reporting
Maintain student and Program records
Track outcomes (completion, employment, certification)
Generate reports for institutional use

Faculty and Stakeholder Collaboration
Liaise between Faculty, Administration, and Clinical Partners
Support Adjunct Faculty coordination

Support Program evaluation and quality improvement efforts
Analyze outcomes to inform changes
