Woodshop Team Member

We are looking for a Woodshop Team Member performing woodworking tasks such as measuring, cutting, joining, and sanding wood to make parts and subassemblies for the guitar construction process. On the job training is standard, however, prior experience with the stated requirements is a must. Compensation reflects the skill and experience level of the applicant.

Requirements

Well qualified candidates will have the following:

• Ability to use a tape measure
• Ability to use fine measuring tools such as digital calipers
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and mill wood to a tolerance of .010"
• Ability to use and experience using woodworking tools such as table saw, bandsaw, planer, jointer, thickness sander, router, etc...
• A strong work ethic
• Timeliness and accountability
