At OneMain, District Managers lead teams committed to sales and customer service. The District Manager inspires the team to obtain short- and long-term growth and profit objectives of assigned branches through the development of new business and marketplace presence.
IN THE ROLE
Direct activities in the branches, supervising and ensuring that proper steps are taken to retain customers, manage branch portfolios and correct any sales, operations or profit deficiencies
Ensures consumer loan investments are made consistent with company policies and sound investment practices
Responsible for personnel management to include manager and staff training, performance, and developing goals for each manager and branch
Builds business partnerships to add additional value that is beneficial to the district, its team members and customers
Optimizes profitability and controls operating expenses of the district, supervising approximately 8-10 branch offices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent related work experience
Ability to attract and develop diverse talent
3+ years relevant management experience
Strong analytical ability and able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, management and customers
Demonstrated success in achieving goals working in fast paced environment
Successful completion of all required trainings
Ability to travel and acceptable motor vehicle records history
