The Senior Cardiology Sales Operations Analyst will drive strategy and planning for the Cardiology sales team in the Cardiology Group of Boston Scientific. As an integral member of the Cardiology Sales Operations team, this position partners directly with sales leadership, sales strategy leadership and cross functional partners to build strategies that influence commercial sales growth models.
The ideal candidate will have strong business insight, excellent analytical skills, technical skills, financial acumen, and a bias toward action and teamwork. Strong process orientation and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment at all levels are also required.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assist with preparation of presentation materials for sales leadership, executives, board of directors, and other stakeholders (internal)

Self-direct and prioritize incoming requests for projects

Build strong collaborative relationships across the division (including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing & Contracting, Sales Training, and other internal groups, etc.). Ensure alignment with proposed strategies and plans and facilitate collaboration towards achieving common goals and outcomes

Interpret data trends and present data-driven strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership related to business performance, operations, and customer insights that grow the business effectively.

Partner with sales organization to monitor market trends in sales structures, contractual organization and customer behavior to identify key growth opportunities.

Provide strategic recommendations based on market data to sales teams and leadership.

Work closely with the sales team to understand current challenges and provide data-driven insights for targeting customers and improving sales efforts.
What we’re looking for in you:
Required Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, or Sales

Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Experienced in Tableau, or other data analysis tools

Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex business operations challenges

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mobilize key stakeholders and engage leadership

Highly analytical with the ability to analyze large sets of data from multiple perspectives to generate conclusions and drive decisions

Ability to interpret ambiguous requests, and partner with key stakeholders in driving goals

Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities

Highly organized with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail

Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce).

Ability to travel 10% of the time.
