Job Description Summary

We are seeking a motivated AVS Manufacturing Analytics & Data Intern to support our ongoing efforts in data extraction, dashboard creation, and maintenance within the manufacturing and fulfillment space. This role is critical in enabling our teams to access accurate, up-to-date information for timely and informed decision-making.

As an AVS Manufacturing Analytics & Data Intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows and build intuitive dashboards that support key operational activities

Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Support AVS Supply Chain quality and delivery opportunities through Data and Dashboard insights,

• Take part in requirements gathering from manufacturing site stakeholders,

• Resolve timely data service requests from stakeholders by delivering rapid and relevant data insights,

• Support creation of long-term dashboard development for common supply chain use cases,

• Help to maintain documentation on various systems, installations, and configurations,

• Learn key manufacturing processes and how to provide business benefits from data services.

 

Education Qualification:

• Active student of Data or IT-related studies (Bachelor or Master studies).

 

Desired Characteristics:

• Knowledge of current information technologies.

• Fluency in English.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of Excel, PowerBI experience is an advantage.

• Coding skills, VBA, Python and SQL scripting is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze a big amount of data.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with technical audiences.

• Strong interpersonal skills: self-motivated and result oriented team player.

• Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions, and meet deadlines.
