About the role

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of medical device with safety software implementation projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Clinical Expertise: Serve as a clinical subject matter expert to guide design, configuration, and execution of implementation plans.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance implementation efficiency and outcomes.
  • Product Training: Lead remote clinical education sessions, ensuring stakeholders are trained effectively and prepared for go-live.
  • Go-Live Coordination: Oversee go-live activities, providing on-site or remote clinical support as needed to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external teams, including clinical staff, technical teams, and customers, to align project goals and timelines.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, clinical deliverables, and status reports.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience with healthcare technology and systems integration.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in medical device implementations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience, preferably in medical device implementations.
  • Strong clinical background with experience in healthcare systems, medical devices, or related fields.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Proficiency in leading remote teams and managing virtual training and support.

Work Environment

  • Primarily remote, with occasional travel to customer sites as needed for key project milestones or go-live events.
