Description of Duties:

The Integration, Test, and Automation Lead supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

·       Lead team in troubleshooting system anomalies.

·       Lead team in training execution, knowledge sharing and task management.

·       Have supervisory duties that include:

o   Timecards

o   Performance management

o   Performance reviews.

·       Lead Program Increment Planning Events.

·       Own and manage control account management (CAM) duties for all labor and material control accounts within the functional area.

·       Participate in government partner meetings and communicate overviews with IRES teammates, to include briefing and responding to questions as required.

·       Oversee and manage hiring duties for the team.

·       Manage program risks.

Basic Requirements:

·       Must have 7, or more, years of direct IT experience

·       Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Field.

·       Must have experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Microsoft Windows.

·       Must have 2, or more, years working on the Missile Defense Space Enterprise Architecture (MDSEA), including the MDSEA Enterprise Ground Services (MEGS) environments.

·       Must have Scrum Master experience.

·       Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II, or higher, certification (ex: Security+).

·       Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance

This position is expected to pay $150,000 - $180,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications
