The In-Store (SevenRooms) Sales Team is on a mission to reshape the hospitality industry by empowering restaurant operators to take control of their guest relationships. We take a consultative approach to every conversation—helping clients uncover business gaps, streamline operations, and reduce reliance on third-party platforms. Our team is made up of driven, thoughtful sales professionals who act as trusted advisors and long-term partners to hospitality businesses around the world.

About the Role

As an Associate Manager, you’ll lead a team of Account Executives, coaching and developing talent while helping scale our sales organization. You’ll bring deep experience in running complex, consultative sales cycles and use that knowledge to support your team in closing high-impact deals. In this role, you’ll play a key part in growing our customer base and driving the success of hospitality operators using the SevenRooms platform.

• Lead and Develop the Team. Assess individual strengths, provide regular performance feedback, and support your team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Hire Top Talent. Source, interview, and hire high-performing salespeople as the team continues to grow.
• Support Key Deals. Assist your team in strategic sales opportunities—from prospecting and outreach to sales deck creation, presentations, and closing.
• Own Regional Performance. Ensure your team is staffed and performing to meet regional revenue goals and sales targets.
• Standardize Sales Practices. Create and scale best practices, strategies, and programs that increase team efficiency and sales impact.
• Build Strong Customer Relationships. Partner with clients to understand their needs and foster long-term, trusted relationships.

• You have 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a strong record of exceeding your goals (CRM sales experience a plus).
• You bring 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Gong.io, and Google Workspace.
• You’re passionate about hospitality and excited to help operators succeed.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. 

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
