Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Project Analyst to support the successful delivery of projects and programs across the organization. In this role, you will assist HR Project Managers and Program Managers by collecting and analyzing data, tracking milestones, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. You will also lead the tracking and reporting of the HR PMO portfolio, including developing tools to monitor project status, pipelines, and project-level metrics. Additionally, this role may lead small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze project data related to timelines, budgets, and risks, providing actionable insights to HR leadership
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status updates, change logs, and decision trackers
Monitor and track key project milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies to support on-time delivery
Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance project execution and reporting
Support the identification and tracking of project risks and issues; maintain risk logs and escalate as needed
Prepare project status reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and leadership teams
Coordinate project meetings, manage follow-up actions, and ensure alignment across team members
Independently lead small to medium-sized projects, including defining scope, managing workplans, and delivering against key success metrics

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
1-3 years of experience in a project analyst, coordinator, or similar support role
