Career Strategy Team Undergraduate Internship Opportunity

As an intern with the Career Strategy Team, you will gain hands-on experience in driving impactful initiatives that support career growth and development. You’ll assist in organizing and supporting ACHIEVE events, facilitating focus groups, and compiling valuable insights to inform program awareness and expansion. You’ll contribute to crafting marketing materials, strengthening partnerships with academic institutions, and analyzing data components to support strategic decisions. This immersive experience offers a dynamic opportunity to develop critical skills, build connections, and make a meaningful impact within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and supporting all ACHIEVE events
• Facilitate focus groups and compile insights
• Develop and enhance marketing materials
• Strengthen partnerships with academic institutions
• Analyze and manage data components

Qualifications:

• Rising junior or senior in any major (focus in HR preferred) enrolled in an undergrad program
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and collaborative mindset
• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules due to events

Compensation: $21/hour

Duration: June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025 (10 weeks)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week

Location: Base Office 466 Lexington Ave. New York
