The Role You’ll Play:
A Senior FP&A Associate is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and partnering with business stakeholders to enable and drive financially informed decisions. We are searching for an analytically minded, detailed oriented individual to help support a growing finance function. You are passionate about utilizing data to make an impact on the company’s growth and direction. As you grow and develop in this role, you should be excited for the opportunity for additional responsibilities beyond everyday reporting and into a role as a strategic advisor to the business.
About the Finance team:
Come join a small, but mighty Finance team led by a CFO who has successfully orchestrated financings and exits at multiple SaaS companies. This role reports to the Senior Manager, FP&A and offers strong development and near term advancement opportunities.
Your Main Tasks:
- Build and maintain detailed and dynamic financial models to inform and drive the annual budgeting and re-forecast process
- Conduct monthly budget vs. actual analysis and partner with department heads to identify risks and opportunities to our financial outlook
- Maintain and track key subscription-business (SaaS) metrics, including LTV, CAC and Churn
- Support the evaluation and implementation of new systems and software to drive automation and efficiency
- Produce data-driven analyses, reports, and presentations to ensure organizational and departmental objectives are being met
- Partner with offshore resource in India, roughly 2x/month
What you bring to the table:
- 2-4 years of relevant, applied experience in finance/accounting, technology, banking, consulting or strategy roles, focused on delivering quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
- MS Excel / Google Sheets power user capable of complex financial modeling with a strong understanding of formula efficiency, advanced formulas and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature, preferably Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Mathematics
- Working knowledge of GAAP accounting preferred, including understanding of 3 financial statement modeling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to tell the story, in addition to reporting the numbers
- Prior experience in Investment Banking, Consulting and SaaS is a big plus

Please note this is a US-based role.
For NY-based employees the base compensation band is: $$65,600 (Min) - $82,000 (Max)
This role is also eligible for commission/a bonus opportunity in addition to the base salary.
