Overview
Job Summary:
As a member of Allegis Group's Corporate HR Shared Services team, the Senior Associate - Compliance is responsible for ensuring I-9 and E-Verify compliance across all Allegis Group operating companies through reporting and messaging, while ensuring a high level of customer service to vendors, field offices, and other internal employees. The Senior Associate- Compliance tracks and reports on HR Records, I-9, E-Verify, and documentation compliance in order to monitor performance measurements and reduce company risks.
Required in-office presence at least 4 days per week
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Creates and distributes numerous I-9 and E-Verify compliance reports to the Operating Companies Field Support and within HR Records.
- Utilizes the automated onboarding tool to generate queries to document the movement of employee personnel files through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Understands the I-9 and E-Verify compliance rules and regulations.
- Explain company personnel records processes and provides support of the I-9 Service Center and E-Verify program to support level employees.
- Track non-compliance I-9 and E-Verify issues and escalates to support level employees
- Assist with communication efforts related to technology issues; ensures data integrity and overall quality assurance.
- Additional ad hoc requests as necessary.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and/or Education:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
- At least two years of analyst, administrative, customer service, or human resources experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office experience – Word, Excel and Outlook
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to learn I-9 and E-verify regulations
- Ability to communicate with support levels of the organization, both orally and written

Salary Range:
- $24.13 - $36.25 per hour ($50,200.00 to $75,400.00 annualized)
- This position is bonus eligible
