Finance Lead

Role Description: We are seeking a Finance Lead to build and manage our finance function. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling and Operating Plan: Develop and maintain detailed financial models and operating plans that drive strategic decision-making.

• Financial Operations Management: Manage monthly reporting, accounts payable and receivable, revenue recognition, and compliance, ensuring smooth operational finance processes.

• Business Model Enhancement / Analytics: Refine and monitor unit economics and other key business metrics, actively participating in pricing and packaging discussions.

• Strategic Projects / BizOps: Contribute to strategic projects by applying your expertise in finance, operations, and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital.

• Analytical Skills: Exceptional skills in financial modeling, defining KPIs, and conducting ad-hoc data analysis.

• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to simplify complex topics and communicate effectively in a highly cross-functional role.

• Execution Skills: Known for your ability to deliver significant results swiftly and efficiently.
