• Daily interaction and support directly to our field sales teams

• Sustain and lead critical efforts process orders, working daily to troubleshooting situations, researching orders and successfully conveying the information quickly and efficiently to our sales teams and customers.   

• Get started on the ground-floor of a very strategic, cross-functional team

Qualifications:

• We are looking for someone with at least two years of professional, proactive customer support experience, preferably in a quality-driven environment, coupled with prior sales support or sales experience.

• To be successful in this role you must have previous experience supporting a sales team and multi-tasking with order management.

• It is a requirement that at a minimum you possess a GED/High School diploma.

• You will also need to be proficient in MS Office, most importantly in Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with CRM and ERP experience.

• Experience in the Medical Device or Healthcare industry is highly preferred. Knowledge of the Cardiovascular and Cardiopulmonary Therapy marketplace is a plus.

Pay Transparency:

A reasonable estimate for this hourly position is $23.00-$30.00 + bonus potential. Pay ranges may vary by location.
