The Heart Center Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, clinical management, and operational oversight of the Heart Center. This individual will lead the development and implementation of advanced cardiovascular services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and the financial sustainability of the center. The Heart Center Director will collaborate with physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and other healthcare providers to drive innovation, improve clinical outcomes, and maintain patient-centered care in alignment with the organization's goals and mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred

• Leadership experience required

• Minimum of 6 years acute care, hospital-based experience required

• Professional certification preferred

• Proficient in Navigating EMR, MS Word, and basic PC skills

• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
