DAO Relationship Manager

V DAO is seeking a passionate and community-focused Relationship Manager to play a key role in expanding our mission of incubating Regenerative Network States and fostering Regenerative Living.

As part of V DAO, you will help build a decentralized, antifragile network of communities that embrace self-sovereignty over food, water, energy, and digital assets.

Your role will focus on creating meaningful relationships both online and in real life, growing local community hubs, and aligning local NYC Web3 community members with V DAO’s vision of a harmonious relationship between humanity, technology, and nature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Local Community & V Hub: Lead the organization and promotion of in-person meetups in New York City at least once per month. These events will not only foster community engagement but also help establish a thriving local V Hub, advancing V DAO’s mission to incubate regenerative, self-sustaining communities.
• Participate Meaningfully in NYC Web3 Ecosystem: Deepen V DAO’s presence within NYC web3 communities by attending events and integrating into the local ecosystem. Your efforts will connect like-minded pioneers and creators with our vision of decentralized, regenerative living.
• Funnel Growth to Online Platforms: Leverage in-person events to grow our online presence, driving new members to V DAO’s Twitter, Discord, and other platforms, further expanding our network of aligned contributors.
• Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging online content, including X posts, blogs, and short form video content (filmed on mobile), that communicate V DAO’s unique approach to Regenerative Network States. Your content will inspire and educate a growing audience about our mission and vision.
• Organize Immersive Events: Assist in organizing and supporting immersive pop-up events, including longer-term residential experiences, to provide participants with hands-on exposure to V DAO’s regenerative living principles. You may also be required to stay at these popups for an extended period to lead and support community members.
• Travel & Representation: Attend major crypto and web3 conferences globally, such as ETHDenver, ETHCC (Europe), and Token2049 (Asia/Middle East), to support with promoting our mission and growing a network of highly aligned members.
  

What Success Looks Like:

• Building a thriving NYC V Hub with a minimum of 1 meetup per month that is deeply connected with the local web3 community.
• Successfully increasing V DAO’s visibility and engagement, both in person and online, with measurable growth in Twitter followers and Discord members.
• Producing unique, 'vibey' content which resonates with our audience and positions V DAO as a leader in the Regenerative Network States Space.
• Facilitating immersive, well-attended pop-up events and nurturing relationships with potential members and collaborators.
  

Other Responsibilities:

• Attend and participate in other relevant community meetings and events online/IRL.
• Provide feedback on community engagement, event impact, and content performance.
• Collaborate with DAO stakeholders to ensure local and global initiatives align with V DAO’s broader objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the decentralized ecosystem and bring insights back to the V DAO community.
