Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior H-47 Finance Manager (Level M) based out of Ridley Park, PA.

 

As the Senior H-47 Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of our Chinook programs. Your main areas of focus will be: site affordability, business integration, operational efficiency, estimates-at-completion (EACs), and team leadership. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of Chinook programs and the ability to navigate its unique challenges.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops strategies and drives efforts in support of both Program and Site Affordability
• Manages employees performing EACs, budget development, financial forecasting, business case development and risk, financial and competitive analyses
• Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
• Acquires resources for department activities and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and creates an environment that motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience leading or managing and using data to support business strategy
• Excellent leadership abilities and a track record of inspiring and motivating teams
• Experience developing and implementing affordability strategies

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range: $168,300 – $227,700
