We’re hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to handle apartment turns, painting, drywall and general repairs in our well-maintained community.

What You’ll Do:



Paint and prep apartments for new residents (drywall patching, finishing, touch-ups)


Complete routine maintenance work orders


Handle repairs (light plumbing, electrical, carpentry)


Keep common areas and resident spaces in great condition

Job Qualifications:


High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of professional painting experience
Valid Maryland Driver’s License
Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment
General maintenance skills including drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or building maintenance
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Genuine respect and compassion when interacting with older adults
