About the role
Essential Job Duties
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for the business through proactive market analysis, data insights, and ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct proactive needs analysis with hiring managers to establish an execution plan to achieve high volume hiring during peak business demands across the designated business area; advise and make decisions around candidate selection throughout hiring lifecycle.
- Responsible for developing and executing talent sourcing plans for their business area, screening, and selection of talent pools for exempt and specialized field positions by sourcing diverse candidate pools to attract top-caliber talent for the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and continuously improve candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Create sourcing strategies to support hard to hire area and roles and increase brand recognition.
- Serve as brand ambassador in the marketplace by supporting and championing the company’s recruitment branding strategy to effectively attract top talent by building awareness and promoting localized recruiting efforts through social media channels.
- Facilitate stakeholder talent planning and debrief discussions to establish, measure, and monitor successes and opportunities to address potential issues to ensure hiring objectives are achieved.
Culture and Events
- Support the Head of People and Culture in company culture initiatives
- Partner with the Head of People and Culture to determine agenda for various company events, celebrations, and other company activities.
- Continue to build and evolve Lirio’s talent development process including goal setting, performance metrics and feedback.
- Support the Head of People and Culture with management of the HRIS system
- Analyze colleague data, including turnover, employment engagement, exit interviews to drive plans to foster an environment that builds best practices for collaboration and inclusion
- Manage the onboarding process
Experience/Education
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years Experience
- IT Recruitment, Agency and Corporate recruiting would be ideal
- System Experience- ATS - iCIMS, greenhouse, Taleo, BrassRing or others
