We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer to join our Treasury Services Platform Ops team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Performs complex duties and projects related to cash processing and fund transfers. 
• May work across multiple geographies and currencies to influence teams and cover market activities. 
• Ensures cash processing and fund transfer policies and procedures are followed.
• Leads working sessions and research in order to determine best practices within cash processing and even general operations in a given market.
• Works directly with clients in order to resolve queries and/or to define solutions.
• Interacts with traders to ensure appropriate liquidity levels are available and monitors transaction risks for both the bank and for clients.
• No direct reports but may provide guidance to less experienced team members. 
• May have people management responsibilities in some geographies. 
• Contributes to the achievement of team goals.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in financial services operations preferred.
