Pangaea creates and grows digitally native brands on a global scale. Our first  two brands are Lumin and Meridian, both in the personal care space. Our goal is to create iconic, disruptive, and culture impacting brands that attract communities of brand lovers across borders. Since our launch in 2018, we’ve sold our products in 50 different countries. We have grown to over 50 employees and contractors across several locations in the world. THE ROLE

We are searching for a passionate and creative Junior Graphic Designer who thrives on brand development and growth. This person will push concept boundaries and support the Creative team in the concepting and execution of deliverables such as core brand assets, digital, organic social, paid advertising, CRM, print, and packaging. Our ideal candidate will be a nimble creative with a marketer’s mind who thrives on audience development and optimizing Creative towards a specific segment of customers. This person should be a conceptual thinker with an innovative design approach who can push concept boundaries, love design, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing Teams team to develop interactive and engaging content for digital channels (email, ads, social)
• Create ad banners, landing pages, social posts, email designs and more to highlight our various brands and product offerings
• Retouching skills, color correction and editing product / social images
• Maintain organization of team files and assets 
• On top of current trends, human behaviors and overall brand awareness

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years experience and proven success in digital marketing
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) & Figma
• Fundamental understanding of color theory and imagery
• Design experience working on assets for social, ads, and digital campaigns
• Experience with image compression, file correction, and optimization techniques
• Understanding of consumer based products, and DTC marketing
• Receptive to feedback with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The reasonably estimated annual base salary for this role ranges from $60,000.00 to $70,000.00. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and location.
