The Parts Picker plays a key role in supporting the Service and Parts Departments by ensuring technicians receive the correct parts quickly and efficiently. This position partners closely with Parts Associates and Service Technicians to help deliver an exceptional service experience for our BMW customers. The Parts Picker is also responsible for stocking and organizing inventory to maintain accuracy and efficiency within the department.
This is a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented, entry‑level position that offers meaningful opportunities for growth within the Parts or Service departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain required parts from the Parts Department and deliver them promptly to the appropriate Service Technician
- Sort, label, and stock incoming parts accurately within inventory
- Assist with answering Parts Department phone calls when the front counter is busy
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor when interacting with internal teams and customers, both in person and over the phone
- Unload and process parts delivery trucks
- Keep up to date with new BMW products and parts updates
- Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings
- Maintain regular and dependable attendance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an active, fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle driving record
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Pay:
