This position will be posted from April 21, 2025 - May 9, 2025

What you will do:
 

• Develop strategic marketing plans for adjuvant product line consistent with Loveland Products’ long-term direction, for the US and Canada
• Create and manage the yearly marketing plan, including product launches, campaigns, market brand awareness, sales initiatives, and communication
• Collaborate with Loveland research/sales personnel, industry contacts, and Nutrien personnel to accurately assess market conditions and manage a portion of the Loveland Products’ adjuvant portfolio
• Provide financial analysis for the product line with timely and accurate forecasts as well as analyzing the current line to determine portfolio rationalization opportunities
• Partner closely with sales and tech service group to validate product performance, both new and old, with marketing field trials designed to strengthen overall marketing messages
• Collaborate and lead project teams (across multiple departments) in the stage gate process from gap analysis & ideation to pre & post commercialization
• Work closely with the regulatory team to coordinate & oversee new product introductions as well as lifecycle management of the existing adjuvant portfolio
• Identify and implement new promotional tactics to create awareness

 

What you will bring:
 

• Bachelor’s Degree; Agriculture related field preferred
• 8+ years’ professional experience with 6+ years in sales or marketing in an Ag related field
• 2+ years in a mentorship, supervisor, or leadership role required
• Ability and willingness to travel 30-40% nationally and internationally (Canada)
• Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding communication capabilities, and a proven ability to influence others at all levels of an organization
• Ability to create and organize plans for marketing campaigns and programs
• Well-rounded knowledge of agricultural products and practices
• Ability to work effectively with other groups in the organization to achieve a common goal

 

Compensation & Benefits:
