(Senior) Supply Chain manager (m/f/d)

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate (Senior) Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to lead the supply chain efforts for ARX Robotics, with a focus on the production of unmanned ground vehicles (UGV) and support of R&D initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier management, which enables our teams to deliver cutting-edge robotic solutions for both civilian and governmental applications.

To join our team, you should be excited to

• Develop and implement strategic plans to align the supply chain with business objectives and respond to market trends
• Source raw materials and goods, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
• Track stock levels, plan storage needs, and manage inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking
• Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships to ensure product quality and reliable delivery
• Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods, oversee warehousing operations, and optimize distribution networks
• Analyze data to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and drive process improvements for greater efficiency and cost savings

Your Profile

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect data, identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize supply chain performance
• Effective communication skills to lead teams, collaborate across internal departments such as sales, marketing, and production, and coordinate with external stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges, mitigate disruptions, and resolve supply chain issues effectively
• Skilled in negotiation to secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers and logistics providers
