Job Description

The Supervisor, Implementation Services, manages the implementation, integration, and testing of assigned Experian Health products, to meet client business needs as well as to achieve company revenue goals and supervises team of Implementation Consultants.

  • Manages and is responsible for assigned projects, and for the implementation workflow for assigned products, including achieving desired business results and key performance indicators
  • Interacts with team and provides work direction to achieve assignments, using established guidelines, procedures, and policies, under the direction and guidance of senior management
  • Assists team members with escalated issues
    • Identifies and addresses exceptions and serves as a point of escalation
    • Partners internally to resolve escalations and provide guidance
  • Proactively manages projects and the implementation process end-to-end. to achieve customers' target timelines and goals
  • Partners with Sales, Relationship Management, and Support
  • Collaborates closely with Product and Development. to improve and troubleshoot customer issues. as well as provide feedback on product enhancements
  • Support in the development and documentation of processes and best practices
  • Accomplishes department objectives.by supervising team and organizing and monitoring, work processes
  • Contributes to team effort, by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Provides leadership, coaching, guidance, training, team development and performance management
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations
  • Administers company policies that directly affect the team
  • Leads improvement initiatives, including reviewing existing processes, making recommendations, and supporting the implementation of improvements
  • Updates standard operating procedures as appropriate
  • Participates in and may oversee projects
  • Reviews reports to manage backlog, monitor quality, and ensure process compliance
  • Manages and is accountable for risk mitigation activities
  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives, and establishes goals to meet objectives
  • Provides guidance to subordinates to achieve goals, in accordance with established policies

Qualifications

    • BA/BS or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years Healthcare revenue cycle and healthcare implementation experience required
    • 2+ years Supervisory experience is highly preferred
    • Solid experience in healthcare contracts, healthcare claims and healthcare collections, is strongly preferred
    • Excellent working knowledge of overall business management principles
    • Exceptional leadership and management skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and negotiation)
    • Solid knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures
    • Project management expertise
